1/ He doesn't like you but is too polite to say so

2/ He really really likes you which makes him more shy.

btw forgot to add that every time we do end up talking he starts breathing rlly heavily, fixes his hair every two secs and gets quite sweaty. his voice also starts breaking up and he stumbles over his words. when my friend asked him to put a pic of us on our schools instagram story (because he and his friends run it) and tag us in it he tagged me first and then her under, even tho she was the main one in the pic
