Do you regret not telling her or him how you felt?

This is a great song and it always makes me think of that. I actually do have a story where that happened to me. There was a guy in my high school. He was in my English honors class. He was very sweet, nice, and always considerate of me. I developed a crush on him due to his kindness and he had the most beautiful blue eyes. He would walk me home from school sometimes when we were headed the same way. I graduated and later found out through a mutual friend that he had a massive crush on me. I never knew lol. I felt the same for him. He’s married now. I’m happy for him. I often wonder what would have happened if we had both gotten over our nerves. He was lovely. What’s your story?
