I promise you with all my heart, it is waiting for you. I did not meet my true love until 42 years into my life and I spent the best 7 years of my life with them before they passed ❤️
Justgirl · 41-45, F
@CurseYCure thank you for sharing. Im so sorry for your loss. I. Thankful that you got to experience those 7 years
CurseYCure · 36-40, F
@Justgirl thank you :) and I’m well settled in, it’s no worry
Justgirl · 41-45, F
@CurseYCure thats good
Sad truth no one is perfect
You'll have those moments that make you feel sky high
Ultimately it's ying and yang
You have to consider what you will and won't accept
At least the good thing is you're free to choose. We all have opportunity but it comes with risks and love is an emotional adventure. I hope you find someone special who won't waste your time and give you what you've longed for for so long.

@Justgirl no worries, I've faith in you and when in doubt focus on yourself.
Take each day as it's own blessings and try your best to kick ass. The right person will notice and want to find a way
Just remember to breathe in the good and let go of all the bad that intoxicated your life in any point you're future is never bound by the past

@SirDurpsAlot I like your outlook and wisdom. It sounds like advice I could give others but not myself. Thank you
@Justgirl you're most certainly welcome
i get it, it's toughest looking from the inside out.
You see your life a certain way and breaking the norm seems unlikely. Or at least now you are torn and need to heal a bit further.
Change, it's never an easy thing (but I guarantee the only key that will open it all and put it in place is time)
Being an optimist indeed helps subside sadness, yet on certain days it doesn't feel as if it's enough.
Everything must be done on your own accord. When you choose to let go, the healing can truly begin.
Honestly, forgetting ex's is tough on different levels just because as much as they formed happiness chances are they could have failed and left scars.
Just remember no matter your age (love is never impossible) give your heart and mind a breather.
(I hope 🍀 you find that special someone eventually)

Certainly there is. You are still very young. There is room for lots of dreams to come true.

@FrosinStjarna I love this. I would love that. I. Kind of scared though, incase I pick the wrong one again and they have to witness it. I suppose I could date until Im sure and before bringing him around. I just want to do right for them
You sound like someone I know well, @Justgirl. It worked out for her. You've learned a lot. No need to be scared. Just never settle.
Justgirl · 41-45, F
@FrosinStjarna Thank you. I will definitely try not to

I turned 30 and yes I was with a narcissist too. Take time. I would advise you not to rush into any relationship. You need to heal and only you can with the right push.
I feel old too and maybe I may not find anyone. I'm getting used to fact of not expecting anything anymore but just go with the flow.

For you, yeah. I’m just too messed up, but I believe you can. Light and love. 🦋
@Justgirl trying. it’s hard.

@JustGoneNow keep going and reach out if you ever need to talk. I know life can be painful at times
Justgirl · 41-45, F
for real
as you seek so shall you find.
JupiterDreams · 31-35
Of course. People can find love at any age...
Justgirl · 41-45, F
@JupiterDreams makes sense
Catzgano · 31-35, F
Yes just don’t settle

There is but the narcissist probably did some damage so it won’t be as easy as it used to be
Justgirl · 41-45, F
@SW-User youre funny

SW-User
@Justgirl you’re..a blank profile 😐 im afraid to react to your compliment
Justgirl · 41-45, F
@SW-User oh, why is that?
DrWatson · 70-79, M
A friend of mine was married to an abusive narcissist for ten years. She divorced him. Later on, she met a great guy (she might have been in her 40's by then) and they have been happily married ever since.
It can happen to you, too. 🙂

Most certainly! You’re still a spring chicken in your 30’s. I’d say when you hit late 70’s is when the hope may be grim lol
bijouxbroussard · F
Of course. 30s is young.
Justgirl · 41-45, F
@bijouxbroussard it feels old

@Justgirl In the grand scheme of things, you’ll find that it isn’t. People reinvent themselves and begin their “second acts” much later in life than that.
