What is your old tradition?

MellyMel22 · F
According NYS many many years ago, neither- family court has to decide. My head was slammed into a doorway and I responded with punching him in his face/ head repeatedly. He refused to leave and when the police got there they told me if I pressed charges on him, he could too given they saw his face. It’s sickening how the system is here. I’m sure nothing has changed.
I think if it’s possible, the man should leave. But it doesn’t work out that way all the time.

It depends on the situation. When two people are married, all property is joint. So they have to divide everything up.

@WoWgirll Usually the person who moved in first would stay. But if they rented it together from the start, then they'd probably both leave.
