Why isn´t easy to find a relationship with Breasfeeding?

Hello. I've always wondered why is it so difficult for a woman to accept that her partner wants to be breastfed? Why is it such a secret fetish? Why can't we be more open about it? Please give me answers.

Not sure where you are, but in the US there are many people against even breastfeeding a baby, at least in public… and that’s a natural way to feed our kids. I imagine that whatever drives that discomfort in some people also drives the discomfort of an adult wanting to breastfeed.
