I See No Problem With Age Difference In Relationships

I believe it can work for most ages. As long as both people are of legal age and they are mentally developed enough to be able to understand the implications and needs of a relationship. A relationship can’t work if both sides don’t have a basic understanding. 12 year olds can not consent, especially not to 40 year olds, that is just plain wrong now. One side has a vast knowledge about relationships and love and the other laughs if you say the word “thong” . Age is just a number, but then a prison sentence is just temperory rehousing. Some people, even when they are 16 (or whatever the legal age is in your country) aren’t developed enough to grasp a relationship. One of my friends, she doesn’t have any specific disability or condition, but she just doesn’t work well with relationships at all and she is 18. She would get crushed in a relationship because she isn’t ready for that, she doesn’t know what to do. I think the largest age gap that I know of in my family is about 14 years, she’s 21 and he’s 34/35. They’re both quite sensible and they can both cope well. They even have a child together.
