A past relationship has shattered my confidence

I’m just a shell of a person now

Just staying alive and not giving into intrusive thoughts is hard work

Gone is the happy confident girl
I don’t know where she is

Iv been single for a while and guys scare me now

I didn’t deserve it

I kept trying to be kinder more loving more understanding

Just cruel

I’m still feeling the effects years on
