For everyone who endured a hellish homelife and managed to escape, congratulations.

Yes indeed. Our society has become so numb to this issue. I still think domestic violence is a serious thing. Some people believe that some women deserve to be abused. I do not. Hopefully with time we will begin to understand this situation for what it is.
