If an abusive neighbor finally messes with your physical property
one way to get justice is to replace the vandalized item if possible and take them to SC court for the expenses, then talk to the judge at the same time about this being part of a pattern of abuse and so its not just the $87.00 (say... ) claim but the need for basic BOUNDARIES. Then ask the judge how can we establish some kind of rule-of-thumb right here in public?
Then you can expect some future protection. If property boundaries are still violated charges can be lodged.
Plan to have a different place to live too on an emergency basis. Your pets and kids have to be safe.
