Is she beating the crap out of him with something as he tries to get away? Possibly. He has a right to protect himself as well.

@ravenwind43 while I agree with you in principle the problem is he still struck her. A friend of mine was arrested after his in the military girl friend was beating him he struck back and her sister called the cops on him. It is a no win.

@ravenwind43 but they do exist. 18 year old males in USA must register for Selective Service but female does not.
