7 steps to doing a break up !
1) Break up with bravery, focus on what is not working, take courage to talk about it !
2) Talk in person, You don’t break up with someone by phone, email, or text.
3) Respect the other person with gratitude, make a list of things you appreciate about the person.
4) Be direct and honest about the “ WHY” speak with humility. No Ghosting !
5) Deliver a vision of Hope for that person.
6) End it with DEFINITENESS, Flee like of gazelle ! A break up is a break up ! Don’t continue engaging with the person on social media and delete the contact information and no pop-up hangouts !
