Just an observation about relationships

When I see someone who’s sweet, soft-spoken, generous, and always trying to make the people around them happy, I don’t immediately think, “Their partner is so lucky.”
Because sometimes, people give the best version of themselves to everyone except their partner.

It’s like a beautiful building. You can admire its beauty when you’re looking at it from another building. But when you’re the one living inside it, you may not see the same beauty everyone else sees.

Thats funny, me and my son were just talking about this in the car 😮

@BetweenLines well he was telling me about how one of his friends parents were nice to him but they were abusive towards her 🫤. I said imagine how the people that are nasty towards everyone are behind closed doors

@MyNameIsHurl Oh, that’s sad. Some people just wants to be seen in a positive light, so they appear nicer to non-family members 😕

@BetweenLines yeah, its messed up

Why perspectives are so important to understand.

No two people though have the same perspectives. So you can have a person thinking negatively, no matter where they are, just as much as constantly positive.

When you get out of the one dimensional line, that many are in, then it's easier to see just how diverse each of those perspectives are.
