Kyrsten Sinema's Trial Can Proceed

I believe this is a waste of the court's resources.

Former Senator Sinema's boyfriend's wife (he was on her protective detail), is suing her for alienation of affection, for for pursuing a relationship, while in office, with her married bodyguard.

What's the point? And why is a Federal Court accepting the case?

It's because in America you can sue anyone at the drop of a hat (and I daresay someone, somewhere in America HAS sued for a dropped hat and won $10 million or so for the pain and suffering caused).
