Been a little while since I've socialised, sweeties. Since the op a few weeks back now.

So, with the hot weather and all that shenanigans, Matt's bodybuilder friends are over tonight and we're having a BBQ...few beers...and watch the match.

For once, feet up for lil' ol me as I always say it's the boy's job to do all that cooking. I've made a big bowl of salad and that'll keep us going.
