I think they can work as long as the communication stays open and honest and no keeping secrets about the encounters
They definitely work for some people, but if you know your head or heart isn't in it, don't do it. Definitely don't do it with someone who can't keep the agreements and rules clear. Once people start sneaking and or lying you've got yourself a problem. It's not for everyone.

At first Johnathan connected with a couple of women who he knew, he said they would try to manipulate him by trying to put doubts in head about my love for him. He got tired of defending me so he stopped communicating with them. In my work I meet many women and sometimes I develop relationships with them, I found that if I send the girls to him it works better. Then if they try shit I just ghost them, he doesn’t give out his number unless he’s been with them a few times.
