When a woman is on her period, what is her responsibility to still please her man?

During her period, how much (if any) responsibility does a woman have to keep her man sexually satisfied? Hand stuff, oral, etc.? Or is it fair to just take a break? Looking for honest opinions.

As a man I'd say if she really takes care of him all the other times then a break is in order they can still be living without being intimate
