Something controversial

So if the primary work broadly of a man in relationship is finances and a woman house keeping ..broadly speaking if the woman isn't working that is ..then why is the woman always expects for man to help sometimes take over chores in the house whereas if theirs a shortage of finances no help comes from the lady n the man's blamed squarely being a looser...shouldn't everyone contribute equality.??
