A general observation of ppl on SW and mental health .

Yes take your meds but also take vitamins,change your eating habits, exercise, go to therapy. You have to do more then just rely on an Rx slip. True change and better mental health comes from putting effort into yourself and making the uncomfortable changes that need to be made. I say this as someone who was severely depressed and wished I wouldn't wake up every day for several years of my life. Change didn't happens overnight . It's taken me 5 years of hard self reflection, taking accountability and making the changes I needed to make .

If you don't want to do it for yourself. Then do it for your kids if you have them. Do it for those who depend on you ,do it for those who love you. Get the fuck up and do the work. You won't feel like doing it , still get the fuck up. This is coming from a place of love . For some of y'all , you just need to start by TAKING UR MEDS ,let's start there.

Awe man, is there an SW pill I was supposed to be taking? I was hoping Lexapro would be enough. 😫

@XxBlahxX I take a blood pressure pill too but that's thanks to the good ol' autoimmune disorder. 🤔

Much better than when I first got sick, I was on like 30 pills a day. XD

@XxBlahxX 22 going on 85 hahaha. I was on a walker at that point too, definitely not helping the image along. XD

@XxBlahxX Fortunately I just made one. 😌 These coffee beans are really good too! Quite smooth. 🤔 I need to run and get some half and half in a bit to mix with it.
