Is it normal to wanna be a husband but not a dad?
My girlfriend and I wanna get married, but we don't want kids, we like our lives now and just want it to be the two of us .

We never know what life will bring. It is interesting though that couples who do not have kids always feel the need to explain why they didn't. Couples that did, yeah at first they are hounded by their own families at first but later, no one ever asks, "So what made you decide to have kids?"
Also though, when there are children involved, it makes things way more complicated when a couple splits.
I do not regret having a child. That means I have a son, daughter in law, and two grandchildren.
If not for my son and his family, I myself would probably have no family at this point.
Kids are a handful when they are little but they grow up and they are still family.
