How Do You Show Your Love?

I was going to ask how do you prove it but I’m not sure anybody should have to prove their love. I’m not asking for a general answer that covers most but more what individuals do? For me I think it’s the little things. Remembering something specific my wife told me that she might have expected me to forget.

Acts of service - I used to drop everything and go straight to where my man is whenever he needs my help either emotionally, financially or anything. It has consumed me in the past - i’ll not overdo it anymore heheh.

Gift giving - i love pampering my man with stuff he would love.

I always thought it would be that you were always there for someone. Putting them first. But in reality, that only makes you easy to overlook. No matter what people say , it’s the game.

@LavidaRaq sure that’s a good definition of a good healthy loving relationship. But as you first said sometimes one is more loving and it’s easy to get taken for granted. Most of us have had that relationship somewhere along the way I would think. I know I did.
