Do women care about a man's past, just as most men are curious about their partner's past?

NB: I mean a man you are considering for serious relationship

how much does a man’s past matter to you? Could it influence whether you consider a long-term relationship with him?

Or you think its not really necessary? if so why

Not anything I worry about. I don't ever ask about a man's past history unless he brings it up, then the door it opened. Women I find (I date them too) are way more 'spitting it out' types.

Men seem pretty curious about my past, especially my sexual past. Guess that goes with the territory.

But how has the women you've dated, who are the "spitting it out types" helped in your relationships compared to those partners who dont talk about it....

Also , why do you seem not to "worry" about a man’s past, is it that you dont really place much premium on it or you think its not too relevant or has no bearing on his relationship with you?
