Well well Mel Robbins....it has been 45 days since I have had interactions with my ex and today it does feel good

My parasympathetic nervous system seems to have detoxed enough that my heart has stopped being in that excruciating pain of missing my wife.....ahhhhhhhh ....now I can go on with the hard work of changing and transforming myself to win her back.
I'll be fine if she doesnt come back now...I choose her but I do not need her as my self love has kicked in more and well.....David Deia right
