Do you agree my fines just need to get paid off with this one gamble?

I haven't ever been involuntarily committed to a mental hospital and I do have fines and the court said my diagnosis was I have to be on medicine for life and they said I have my gun rights. All it is is I have to be on medicine to be a normal american citizen and I don't hullucinate, I like talking to other people I am not autistic, I am a normal neuro typical. My fines are attempted murder no one hurt, I punched 3 cops individually a couple of 3 times just once and they continued to work and I haven't gotten in trouble ever since and the last time I punched someone was 5 yrs ago and I have only punched 5 people and I am not very strong. In mass effect 2 a guy's son gets attempted murder no one killed and he shot the body guard twice in the stomach and it takes place in 2178 and he only gets community service for what he did and I don't know too much about the injuries and I have stolen and broke maybe 3000 dollars worth of stuff but no one said anything and a guy I knew that had lessor fines than me said just don't let it happen again and I didn't, I have been clean for 4 years. Most of the stuff I stole Isn't broke and I broke 2 cop tablets in jail and that's the only things I have ever broken and I know someone in jail who busted a big window out with mop bucket. I just now learned that I am more than likely deemed mentally ill from the court of law and I can't ever own guns unless I get your help right now in doing it, I didn't know that the maybe hostile wants the gamble to maybe stop him to be as hard as just one dice cube drop because of the start where we want it as fair as possible 3weeks ago and then I did 3wks ago and then I got my small dice cube and dropped it 1ft 1in down to the wooden floor and it rolled like 2ft on the floor and I won it on the first try for the first time 3 wks ago and this is why I got fines, I pulled myself together, again I am sorry for what I did. I am 27 yrs old.
