Is it weird to still wanna be with a woman who has constant bad breath?

She has bad breath constantly, but I still love her and still wanna be with her, I've even managed to kiss her still.

Here's something novel... instead of being abusive and passive-aggressive as so many people here are suggesting - why not talk to her about it if it bothers you so much???

@HootyTheNightOwl That's the thing, I've gotten used to it.
@Billybob2 Then, what's the problem???
Billybob2 · 26-30, M
@HootyTheNightOwl More curious why the dentist hasn't figured it out.
@Billybob2 Maybe she hasn't mentioned it??? She likely sees a dentist once per year for half an hour... they don't have much of a chance to get familiar with your dentistry needs in that time.

If she's nervous or anxious, her priority might be to get in there, get it done and get back out again ASAP.

@HootyTheNightOwl exactly again
@Infamous607 Hahaha... So good you had to agree twice??? 🤣🤣🤣

I mean come on
So much energy trying to find a way around the whole thing. It'd be so much easier to just tell her.
You don't have to be rude...
You can say..

hey babe. I love you but every time you yawn, the hole in the ozone layer gets bigger"

You know, something romantic like that.
@Infamous607 Well... I thought it made more sense to talk to her than it would be to buy her a dental consult or a dental hygiene kit - as others have suggested.

I mean, just imagine how you'd feel if your SO presented you with a selection of dental care products or a dentist consult for a problem that might have it's origins elsewhere in the body.

I know I'd find it humiliating enough that the relationship would be over for me. I had enough of passive-aggressive shit like this with my mother, who would "point out" to me that my freshly washed (and still wet) hair was greasy. No... It's not greasy... it hasn't dried yet from the shower - that's why it looks as it does.

I'll never live with shit like that again - and I don't care how many people think my healthy boundaries are "petty".
Infamous607 · 51-55, M
@HootyTheNightOwl Nah. Nothing petty about that.
I think what would make me upset is .. if I were to ask her how long it's been like this...and she says...mm six months...a year!..
That would piss me off
