You tell her that some things have to be based on trust alone and being faithful is one of those. If you have to monitor someone to keep them faithful then you don't trust them. If you don't trust them then you have to ask yourself, why? If they've given you no reason to mistrust them then the issue is with you and your insecurity and it is that which needs dealing with. No amount of trackers will fix that.
