how do i get over my ex situationship

we dated once 2 years ago but we rekindled in mid june of this year. we stopped talking again beginning of july but i seriously can’t stop thinking about him. please drop some advice in the comments to get over this boy

Idk it takes time to come to one’s senses sometimes .. just take your time getting over it.. maybe consider the dynamic and what went wrong?
