Do you think once a cheater always a cheater, or do you think they can actually change?

I know cheaters who have changed, have found forgiveness from their spouse, and who worked really hard with their spouse and marriage counsellors to reshape their marriages.

And I know at least one cheater who did not change and ended up divorced.
