Is consistency something that exists in healthy relationships?

Such as knowing and believing your partner loves you and won't turn their back. Treating each other with care and respect every day. Every day there are kisses and kindness...

Obviously we all have bad/off days. But even when things are off, do you still believe they love you?

Or am I just fantasizing and romanticizing what a relationship is?

I'm not an expert but been married a long time and we have good and bad days.
We're not the kissy type but hug, hold hands, etc. We tell each other we'll be lost if the other dies. Part of loving someone. We have a lot in common which is why we stayed together.
I grew up fantazing about romantic lifelong love. Its like that in the beginning but doesn't last. Instead you become each others very best friend which is awesome.
