Do you think this is fair?

You know someone since many years online. They start with stop communicating with you when you said you love them. They don't want to talk to you on phone or video call and later block you on skype. But still write you on fb or email. Later after several gaps they still communicate via fb or email. They are single but not available for you. They ignore your message or email when even they are online and communicate with new people online. Later they block you on fb and stop communication for almost 2 years. Then again they start writing and the twist is they haven't unblocked you on fb. They ask you everything is good etc in good faith but when you ask them about few things in there life they again disappeare on you. I understand they must be busy but 6 months ignoring someone who loves is not fair for me.
