Am I destined to be underwhelmed by relationships?

I've never really been happy in one for any amount of time.

Are they just underwhelming?

Did the movies sell us a lie? Or is it that they ended before the mundane shit happens?

Tbh dating and men has put a hurtin on my libido, my self worth, my mental health... I'd rather be healthy and focus on my son and myself. It's become a no-brainer for me.
