@Elaaaa Love is different than dependency on someone. "Can't live without someone" is dependency.

@Elaaaa not couples counseling, get counseling for only yourself. Counsellors /therapists will help you deal with negative emotions when in love and also give you a better coping mechanisms. If intereted ask therapists how healthy relationships/love feels like. It helped me a lot, i too been through what you were going through.. I suggest look for a good counsellor who you feel can understand you and listens well.

If you want to do couples therapy, there are group video chats... online... idk much... i think it might be possible. I talked to "study abroad counsellers" with my mom, bro , me from 3 different mobiles and my mom lives in other place, through "google meet" we all video chatted but my mom's headphones and speakers didn't work well lol. "Zoom" is also good option.

@Elaaaa i think you need to learn you express/communicate your emotions/feelings in healthy ways. for example : Instead of saying "no, we can't talk" in mean/rude/angry way, you can say something like " I felt really bad when you did "that/that, can we talk about it and find solutions/ resolve conflict together?". Asking questions and expressing feelings is important to understand each other. Maybe take a "conflict resolution" course online if needed... there are many courses available.
