Nothing hurts more than wounds from a close family member.
It always seems to happen in the worst of circumstances.

I guess, great kindness and great cruelty show up in times of stress.

It's harder when you love them,but realize you can't have that typical loving relationship with them, because they refuse to get help or admit to their bad behavior.

All you can do is limit contact and put up strong boundaries.
