Rule 1-

Never talk private lives with colleagues.
I often keep it work related.

I eat at my desk mostly to avoid drama.
I mingle with very few.

Fo real, I've been thinking tonight how much easier it would be to not have connections sometimes.

But also, they bring mmore positive than negative if you choose the right people to have in your circle
