What does it mean, in the mind of a man when he says “I only see my future with you” using emotions as adjectives, what does he feel?

He’s asking for permission or a mutual response to the fact that he wants to make u the center of his universe. He feel “anxious”, “nervous”, “hopeful”, “lucky” and “greatful”… is she reciprocated his gesture he would also feel “complete”.
