is 46 too old to find a partner

i had many flings with girls in my youth, but never had a girlfriend because i had lots of problems with my mental health and alcoholism too......so i missed out on finding a partner, ive lived alone 19 years now in my own flat, lived asa recluse mainly and just want to know if you think 46 is too old to find a partner?

not at all, i am 47 and i have been single 2 years (re dated an ex). i have struggled with anxiety and stuff but am determined to fine someone this year, your not too late, i am sure there are plenty of people out there single and of similar age, try online? or speed dating?
