Do you consider what your parents would think of your potential partners?

I do, there’s so many people that I’ve liked, but would have been too embarrassed to introduce to people I know.

I mean, a bit, but not really. My parents might see something in the girl that I might not. Ultimately, it’s me who’s going to be with said person, not them. My parents’ opinions might hold some weight and affect my decision to a degree. Though, in the end if I’m happy, their opinions don’t matter at all.

Dude, you can live your life doing what you want, or live in regrets for not doing what you really want.
