How do i help myself and move on?

Spouse dumped me and wanna take the kids.. thing is he never helped take care of them... never bathe them, mixed bottled etc... How do I move on with two kids... i don't have much friends to lean on or talk to... and i feel lonely and helpless..

Assuming you're in the US, your spouse can't just take the kids.

Do you have family nearby?
Do you have friends nearby?
Did your spouse leave?
Do you have a job?

You need a plan.

@Northwest not in the usa... i have a job and recently started a business... my spouse is the one who decided to end things .. although he is blaming me. I intend to contact an old colleague tmrw... thanks hun
