How do you walk away from a toxic relationship?

@AlchemyFox None of us are good at recognising the cue at sensing when it has finished and you are nearly destroyed.

My first wife’s illness left me withdrawn, fat and with high bp. I could no longer cope.

@sunriselover But you had to get to that point before you realized you HAD to change things. I've been there too.
