@Ceinwyn If you want him to stop you have a couple of choices. You can use the aggressive approach, or the passive-aggressive approach.
The aggressive approach is to flat out tell him you really want him to stop with the Borat impressions, he looks like an idiot and you don't like it.
The passive-aggressive approach is more indirect. When he starts doing the impressions try to distract him, make hints about social skills in public, try to get him interested in something else.
