How do I get over oneitis?

I dream up scenarios where I meet a girl who's two years younger, sometimes I picture her being my age or a year younger. I've also pictured her being five years younger. I do prefer someone my age to two years younger however. I have standards such as she must be a sweet Christian girl and be a family person. I don't want to be obsessed with one person though.
