I don't think a nurse is the right choice. They take care of people all day long. I would imagine when they get home they don't want to have to take care of somebody else.
Since you know you're not good at managing money and you know other faults of yours, maybe it would be a good idea if you learned how to take care of those things on your own? The other thing you're inviting looking for someone to help take care of you is your inviting someone in that might take advantage of you financially and who knows what else. Learn to be self-sufficient, you'll be safer
