Based on what happened. You have expectations he can't live up to. So you two aren't good together, him breaking up was the best decision. This last fight was his deal breaker.

If you wanna say anything just say "OK I understand , I wish you a happy life" and don't hold grudges cause he deserves to be with someone who makes him happy , and so do you.
