When I meet someone I want to tell her about my belly button fetish. I always thought a female navel is more attractive than the breasts or butt. I want someone that will be willing to expose her navel around me, let me kiss it, blow raspberries, and tickle it. I want her to accept this about me and not be judgmental or anything.

Kinks exist, and yours isn’t over the top. And of course you’d want your partner to accept that part of you (along with everything else that makes you you). That said, be careful not to objectify someone or focus on one body part to the point where they feel that they’re nothing more than a navel to you.
