when bf asks me questions i get anxiety

My bf asks me at the end of the phone call I have a couple questions to ask you and I get so anxious cause they’re usually about the relationship that I don’t even want to talk to him so I just say I gotta go and eventually when he calls back I don’t pick up the phone cause I don’t want to get asked questions I get super anxious.
