Why would a guy who doesn't like me follow me to the store and then watch my social media?
I really liked him but when i tried to shoot my shot he declined so now im puzzled

If you live in the same area, then chances are you're gonna be in the same stores. Social media also isn't an indicator. Some people just watch social media out of boredom, so you shouldn't take it as a sign of interest. If he's interested, he will do more than coincidental things.
