Should I be offended? He’s having more fun without me.

My ex and I were hanging out and he said this is the best summer of his life. (We we’re together for many years and he’d always say how his life sucked.) now he says that it’s my fault that I didn’t satisfy his needs and we broke up, when in reality we broke up cause he had wandering eyes and was cheating online. Him saying he’s having the best summer made me upset and I started crying because I felt as if he wasted my time and didn’t really love me for enjoy the time with me when we were dating. He says this is the best cause he’s clubbing and meeting new people and dancing with lots of girls with skinny waists now. Should I be offended? I feel like he’s just saying it to get to me but idk.

Ever thought he said that to make you feel bad, he probably bored as fook but doesn't want you to feel happy.
