Does he feel rejected or have a personality disorder?

Me and my ex were talking about if we really still loved each other or not and what happened in the past how neither one of us felt appreciated. He said he still loved me but has a problem chasing multiple women. He wanted to come to my bedroom to do dirty things after this conversation and I said I did not want to do that. He turned around and said Your not worthy to be valued. You have nothing for me to appreciate. You can’t help being a looser. Your biologically made to suck. Being a women means you suck.

Is he saying this kind of stuff to me because I didn’t want to do dirty things with him or does he have some sort of personality disorder.

How can I respond to him if this happened again?
