Wtf why won’t my heart move on?

I’m dating this new guy since me and my ex broke up but I don’t know how I feel about this new guy. We’ve been going on dates like once a week or every other week for 2 months and I though I would know by now wether or not I liked him or not. I don’t wanna string him along but I think I like him but I’m not sure. I don’t know if it’s because I still love my ex. I can’t see myself having a future with my ex though but I do still love him and think about him all the time. I broke up with him 4 months ago. I’m so confused with what to do and what’s going on with my love life. What do I do?

You are talking daily between the dates right, texting calling, and doing fun things and whatever? Falling in love isn't like going to a weekly dungeons and dragons session. It's actual effort on both sides.

@Fifidog .. If you two haven't already been doing that, I'm not entirely sure you both care enough for each other to begin with. I'd expect the chemistry and attachment would have made you already want to talk daily if you did have a connection.

@Teirdalin I prefer to take things slow as I’m still getting over my last relationship. We’re putting effort into texting everyday but sometimes I find it a lot even though I really enjoy his company. That’s why I’m feeling confused. What would a guy be doing if he really cared for me?
