Should I be worried about this man?

This married dude and I have been friends for a few months. Towards the end of our discussion, he thanks me for coming to see him and then told me that he enjoys having me. I thanked him as a response and then began to leave. This has been the first time that he has said that to me. He also copies my words either vocally or through text and he copies some of my movements. If I rest my hand near my mouth, he’ll notice that I’m doing that and will do the same.

Do you ever visit the two of them, or is just him alone?

@Glofish75 In that case, yes this could be a problem.

@Glofish75 I would be wary of his intentions.

@DrWatson If he is copying your words and mannerisms, I wonder whether he is a secret cross dresser and is studying you as a model to imitate.

If I recall correctly, those actions are called mirroring, or something similar. They can indicate a level empathy. They can be intentional or involuntary. It's meant to make you feel more at ease.
Yeah don’t be alone with this guy. Kind of giving off Single White Female vibes.

Seems like he likes you

Especially with the mirroring part

Curious, why are you going to visit him?
