How Do You Sleep At Night?

Just wondered. What position? What side of the bed etc....

Me? I've always taken the left side of the bed and lying on Matt's chest....I guess I'm hearing his heartbeat....that sends me to sleep.

Then, later in the night, i'm on my other side, rolling onto my left, facing away....

On left side of bed always then i roll onto right side then on my back then back to left lol all 3 .

@Elizabeth28 I do the exact same thing. I have convinced myself that blood circulation in the body is important and that's why I consciously move so I don't remain in one position all night.

I have something similar if I'm doing stuff in the evening and my sleep pattern flips to sleeping in the day.....and i'm very conscious of moving in bed because I [i]might[/i] get pressure sores if I don't...

Like pressure sores don't happen in the night-time! Lol!

Sometimes our subconscious is.....weird! *Giggles*
